Disappear Gear^® is quite a story in itself. The truth is, none of what you see here was supposed to happen. While serving this great country of ours I learned the skill of building the ultimate in camouflage, concealment and deception—the Ghillie Suit. I have been building Ghillie suits for some time now, for individuals who game hunt, predator hunt, waterfowl hunt, wildlife photographers, paintball warriors and professional designated marksmen. When I recognized the demand for these Ghillie Suits were increasing I decided to start Disappear Gear^® to meet those needs. While searching for the perfect name I asked myself, what exactly does a Ghillie Suit do? Plain and simple – you disappear, and so Disappear Gear^® was born!

Apparel with an Edge

It's not quite magic, but it's damn close. Next on the agenda was a company logo that captured the energy of the company. I wanted something clean, but aggressive, cartoonish but still meant business. That’s when I met John Bridegroom from VegetableMan Graphics. He created some logos that had the edge and energy I needed. At first these were just for my own personal use, but when everyone saw the design on my own shirts, they wanted some for themselves! Before I knew it I was in the apparel business… I thought the images might be somewhat disturbing to most but apparently I was wrong, and thankfully for Disappear Gear^®, I was!
